Swimming
The GPHC has excellent facilities for leisure, and competitive swimmers, alike. The Club offers an outstanding developmental swim program, with team competition and group or private lessons.
In support of team competition Grosse Pointe Hunt Club competes in the Michigan Inter-Club Swim Association (MICSA). GPHC was MICSA White Division Champion in 1994, 1995 and 1997, the GPHC Seahorses Swim Team goal is to improve swimming ability and encourage participation by all, while having fun!

GPHC Swimming Facilities include:
- Outdoor Olympic style (25 meter) 6-lane swimming pool
- Sunny and shaded viewing areas
- Kiddie pool for infants and toddlers
- Lap lane available at all times for adult swimmers
- Experienced lifeguards during all hours of operation
- Bath house and Snack Bar w/ patio adjacent to tennis courts and pool
The GPHC Swim Program features:
- An experienced and professional coaching staff
- Instruction for all levels of pleasure and competitive swimming
- Lessons: private, small group clinics for stroke and competitive techniques
- Competitive swim team which competes in Michigan Inter-Club Swim Association (MICSA)
- Dinner and dance for team members after every meet
- Special swim team outings
- Pizza, Pasta & Poster Party for the whole family every Monday during swim team season
- Many opportunities for adults and children to enjoy the pool and build new friendships
